Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Advisor

As a Senior Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be part of our escalation team, handling complex customer inquiries and providing world-class support via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via chat, social messaging, phone, and email.
- Handle technical escalations and advanced customer inquiries.
- Support VIP customers throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve urgent issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of the Help Centre by managing FAQs and providing feedback to the tier 1 team.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a senior customer support advisor or team leader role.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- Advanced technical understanding of iOS and Android operating systems, Bluetooth connected devices.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work hours.
