Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Advisor

As a Senior Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be part of our escalation team, handling complex customer inquiries and providing world-class support via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via chat, social messaging, phone, and email.
  • Handle technical escalations and advanced customer inquiries.
  • Support VIP customers throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve urgent issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of the Help Centre by managing FAQs and providing feedback to the tier 1 team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a senior customer support advisor or team leader role.
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
  • Advanced technical understanding of iOS and Android operating systems, Bluetooth connected devices.
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work hours.
