Packaging Procurement Role

As a key member of the AMFRESH team, you will play a vital role in driving profitability through responsible sourcing and procurement practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of food safety, integrity, and ethics within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all procurement activities for packaging, ensuring efficient cost management and compliance with quality standards.
  • Stay updated on packaging innovations and trends to maintain AMFRESH's position at the forefront of the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, setting performance metrics and driving cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Technical, and Sustainability teams to achieve quality and service level targets.
  • Ensure packaging compliance across 5 business units in the UK.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement systems and packaging materials.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in food manufacturing and supplier management.
