We are seeking an experienced Delivery Performance Manager to join our team at Inventum Group (Formally Wells Tobias) in London.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving processes related to Delivery Obligations (DO) and Ex Ante, developing strong relationships with program leadership, and supporting project teams in meeting performance expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end DO and Ex Ante for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with G3 plans and setting the right level of output, quality, and schedule for DOs.
  • Provide stakeholder management and leadership for DOs and Ex Ante, fostering strong relationships across programs and PMO.
  • Collaborate with Programme Control Managers to anticipate project needs and ensure readiness for setting DOs at gateway milestones.

  • A deep understanding of DO processes and how they impact project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information

This is a competitive role with a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
