Job Title: Strategic Project Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Management Specialist to join our team at SmartChoice International Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional project management expertise to work in Northampton or Glasgow, with flexible working arrangements that allow for 2+ days of office time per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and support the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage project teams to ensure successful project outcomes, overseeing budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential issues and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports and analyses, guiding decision-making and supporting business objectives.
  • Implement change and transformation strategies, adhering to corporate governance, risk controls, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate project resources and manage timelines effectively, delivering results-driven solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align project initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with experience in handling complex project environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
