Job Summary:
Blaymires Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading interior fit-out contractor based in the UK, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide commercial support and be responsible for all aspects of projects.

About the Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project manager to deliver retail, office, hotel, restaurant, and leisure fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. With project values ranging from 200k to £3Million, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, agreeing sub-contractor day work sheets, and preparing final accounts. The company requires a long-term commitment from the chosen individual, making this an excellent opportunity for intermediate through to established Quantity Surveyors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial support to the project manager
- Prepare and issue standard contract documents
- Assist the project manager in preparing detailed scope of works for sub-contractors to price
- Value sub-contractor works on site
- Agree sub-contractor day work sheets
- Sign off final accounts for sub-contractors
- Prepare monthly valuations to the client
- Maintain accurate records of variations and determine if they are recoverable
- Prepare project spend data and forecast costs

What We Offer:
