About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics and Semiconductor Engineer to join our team at PragmatIC Semiconductor. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of our innovative FlexIC solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with our Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial teams to ensure customer success. Your expertise in electronics and semiconductor engineering will be essential in driving the development of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development of our FlexIC solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with our IC Design, Test, and Assembly teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our products.
  • Support Product Management in the development of new product concepts, matching product needs with technology capabilities.
  • Provide technical feedback and guidance to internal teams to aid in the development of PDKs, technical notes, and business systems.
  • Present credible representations of PragmatIC technology strengths and weaknesses internally and externally.
  • Aid customers through the design, development, and delivery of our products, providing feedback and inputs throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Highly advantageous: ECAD training (e.g., Cadence, Altium).
  • Previous experience in Electronics/Semiconductor Engineering roles.
  • Demonstrable grasp of technical fundamentals in a wide range of electronics applications and industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in Electronic/IC development projects with a successful outcome.
  • Previous experience in a technical lead role, actively leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Previous experience using electronics test and semiconductor prober equipment.
