About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism East Midlands. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with a variety of activities, promoting independent living skills, and providing holistic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support autistic individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage independent living skills and promote community integration
  • Manage anxieties and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans

Requirements
  • No experience necessary, full training provided
