About the Opportunity

Poundland is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail stores. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining planograms across our retail estate, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and meet our commercial objectives.

You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising team, Retail, and Commercial teams to ensure that our displays are aligned with our business goals and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will also have a strong understanding of commercial acumen and be able to interpret data to inform your decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain planograms across our retail estate
  • Develop visually appealing displays that showcase our products and drive sales
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team, Retail, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Interpret data to inform decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial acumen and data interpretation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in a Visual Merchandising or related role
