Companionship and Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and administering medication. You will also assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that their care plans are tailored to their specific requirements. Your compassion, empathy, and communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and their families.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.10 per hour, plus 45p per mile for travel expenses. In addition, you will benefit from our comprehensive benefits package, which includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provision, death in service payment, pension scheme, and more.
