We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Everyman Cinema. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our venues, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you will be the face of Everyman Cinema, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our venues run smoothly. You will work closely with our Management Team and Team Members to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth operation of our venues
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our Management Team and Team Members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, up to £13 per hour, dependant on experience. You will also receive unlimited complimentary cinema tickets, 50% Everyman discount on all food and drink, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service. You will have great leadership skills, experience leading teams to success, and a passion for food, customer service, and people.
