Job Title: Electrical Field Service Engineer, Medical Equipment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Midlands region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a range of medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of medical equipment to ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to hospital staff and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
  • Electrical qualification and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
