Electrical Field Service Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Midlands region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a range of medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product training and technical knowledge to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment, with an electrical qualification.
