About the Job:
CK Group is recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to join their pharmaceutical industry client on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering occupational health services across the UK sites, managing the OH team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading strategic and operational matters, including decision-making as required.
- Oversight of all UK occupational health policies and processes.
- Management of the OH team, ensuring effective clinical service delivery.
Requirements:
- A registered nurse with Part 3 registration from the NMC.
- Postgraduate qualification in occupational health or a related field.
- MSc/BSc in occupational health/safety management or related health studies.
- Relevant clinical and management experience, with expertise in leading staff and assessing business health needs.
