About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team in the South Region. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional talent strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional directors, area managers, and management teams to drive operational performance
  • Lead the development of succession plans, talent pipelines, and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with the regional talent partner to identify and address talent gaps and develop solutions to improve talent management
  • Provide HR guidance and support to regional directors and area managers on talent-related matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multisite restaurant, retail, or similar type business
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management, ER, and change management
  • Ability to analyze issues, interpret data, and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
