We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote the physical and mental well-being of service users.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols to ensure best practice.
- Provide education and training to service users, families, and colleagues on mental health and learning disability topics.

Requirements:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
