Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Associate

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines for underserved diseases. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to join our team and contribute to the successful management and execution of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate logistical aspects of clinical study programs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external study personnel
  • Facilitate clinical trial management and execution
  • Support the clinical study team with oversight of CROs and management of studies
  • Assist in preparing study documents and tracking revisions
  • Perform lab sample tracking and review data management aspects of clinical trials
  • Participate in the review and approval of clinical monitoring visit reports
  • Perform QC of electronic Trial Master Files
  • Understand the importance of being inspection ready and follow Clinical Operations SOPs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific, biological, life sciences, or related field
  • Familiarity with ICG, GCP, and FDA requirements for clinical trial management
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Flexible approach to change
