Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues and assisting with transfers and mobilization
  • Preparing meals and snacks, ensuring client nutritional needs are met
  • Engaging clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being

Requirements:

  • No prior social care experience necessary; we're looking for individuals with compassion and a willingness to learn
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
