The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work, current registration with Social Work England, and a strong background in relationship-focused social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, addressing their unique needs and promoting their well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge, expertise, and best practice.
  • Participate in regular supervision and contribute to team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

  • A salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
