**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Registered Nurse to join our team in the Oncology department at Circle Health Group. As an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing staff.

**About the Role:**

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients with cancer. You will be responsible for ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained, promoting customer service and satisfaction, and advocating for patients' well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure that patient care standards are maintained at all times in accordance with operational policies and procedures.

* Maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction by working closely with colleagues and patients.

* Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants, acting as an advocate to junior team members.

**Requirements:**

* Registered general nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.

* Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably certified RN with valid NMC Registration.

* Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).

* Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.

* Completed post-registration SACT qualification.

* Excellent clinical knowledge based on national best practice standards.

* Basic workload/shift management skills.

* Essential oncology experience.
