Key Responsibilities- To assess commercial vehicles using Audatex, accurately calculating costings and time required for repairs.
- Liaise with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates on vehicle repairs.
- Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
- Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales.
- Skillful and safe working under pressure.
- Work adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborative teamwork with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in approach.
- Continual delivery of high-quality work with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Prior experience as a VDA/Estimator in a bodyshop environment.
You must be able to plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales. You should work skilfully and safely under pressure, carrying out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Collaborative teamwork with minimal supervision is essential, along with flexibility in your approach. Continual delivery of high-quality work with customer satisfaction in mind is crucial. Prior experience as a VDA/Estimator in a bodyshop environment is necessary.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £42,000 + Bonus - OTE £50,000 + Benefits. This includes a competitive salary, bonus structure, and range of benefits. You will enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a balanced work-life routine.
