Vehicle Repair Specialist

JM Selection is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work well under pressure, staying calm and composed in challenging situations. A keen eye for detail and ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements.
- Deliver accurate vehicle repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- ATA qualified or NVQ Level 3 damage assessor.
- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Salary: £35,000 plus up to £700 monthly bonus, depending on experience.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week).
