Personal Care Assistant for Gentleman

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support a gentle gentleman in his own home and during outings in the Morecambe area. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily tasks, and accompanying him on social events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in care and be able to provide a high level of support and companionship. This is a part-time position for 6 hours per week with an estimated hourly rate of £12.60 based on industry standards in the Morecambe area. The role offers flexible working hours, mainly afternoons and weekdays, with paid annual leave and access to a workplace pension scheme.
A valid DBS check will be required for this position, which will be arranged by the employer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks
- Accompanying the gentleman on social events
- Assisting with budgeting and managing appointments diary
Requirements:
- Mature person with experience in care
- Ability to provide high level of support and companionship
