Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced trustee to join our Board of Directors. As a trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Attend Board meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Participate in committee work, including Finance & Audit, Housing, People & Performance, and Quality & Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of our organization's strategic plan and policies
- Provide guidance and support to our senior leadership team
We are looking for individuals with senior operational management experience in social care, as well as those with transferable skills and experience gained in the charitable, public, or private sectors. Prior experience as a trustee or in a governance role is not essential, as we will provide personalized training as required.
