Role OverviewWe are seeking a Trustee to join our Board of Directors. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Attend Board meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Participate in committee work, focusing on areas such as finance, housing, people and performance, and quality and practice development
- Contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures
- Support the Chief Executive and Company Secretary in their roles
We are looking for individuals with senior operational management experience in social care, as well as those from other professional backgrounds or with personal or family experience of using support services. Transferable skills and experience gained in the charitable, public, or private sectors are also highly valued.
