We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Defence location. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve expertly crafted drinks, including specialty beverages and food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash and credit card processing systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Learn and apply new skills in brewing methods, beverage preparation, and food presentation techniques.
  • Monitor and report any equipment maintenance needs, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Represent ESS and uphold the company's brand image, embodying our values of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
