Job DescriptionWe are seeking a confident and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager in our Low Secure Division. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading your team by example and working collaboratively to deliver high standards of care to our patients.
Main Duties- Provide and receive clinical supervision
- Coordinate the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective and efficient clinical services
- Ensure a clean and safe ward environment
- Act as Designated Division Shift Co-ordinator and undertake seclusion reviews
- Provide vision and effective role modelling to maintain high standards of clinical care
- Keep up to date with current topics, policies, and innovations in clinical practice
- Deputise for the Ward Manager as required
