Foundation Grants Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grants Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a robust portfolio of grants, leading our grant writing efforts, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and donor regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of grants worth approximately $2 million annually, including the entire grants life cycle from design to closure.
- Develop and write compelling outcomes-oriented grant proposals, collaborating across the agency to develop project narratives that align with our mission, priorities, and capabilities.
- Manage the preparation of high-quality reporting to grantors, meeting deadlines and ensuring accurate accompanying budgets.
- Develop a pipeline of relevant national corporate and private foundations, performing prospect research to evaluate fit based on existing organizational priorities/programs and new potential opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Program, and Administrative staff to ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping/reconciliation, and effective reporting on grant-related metrics.
- Minimum – Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong connection to the community that Bryn Mawr College serves and the Southeastern Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey area.
- Occasional night and weekend work may be required, along with occasional travel to offices in Southeastern PA and NJ.
