Grant Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundation Grants Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals to public and private foundations and other grant-making organizations.

• Develop and write grant proposals to foundations, government contracts, and other grant-making organizations.
• Assemble and submit grant requests, including letters, proposals, budgets, financial information, presentations, and all other required attachments.
• Establish and maintain contact and relationships with foundation contacts and program officers, bringing in program staff when necessary to facilitate deeper relationships with funders.
• Prioritize projects to keep multiple projects moving in a timely manner, meet deadlines, and manage supplemental material required for proposals.
• Coordinate with program staff and Salesforce team to ensure all necessary data is collected for funder requirements; support program staff in the collection and analysis of data when it is funder specific.

• Minimum five years nonprofit grant writing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Experience writing grants in the fields of immigration, workforce development, entrepreneurship, adult education, ESL, and community engagement a plus.
