Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team in the security sector. This role offers a unique chance to progress and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical requests via phone and email
- Resolve issues and queries
- Log issues and requests through the ticketing system
- Evaluate and escalate issues to the help desk team leader
- Participate in training and development
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a helpdesk environment
- Technical understanding of Windows 10 Operating System and Active Directory
- Excellent verbal communication skills
This role is a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule with a 12-hour shift pattern, alternating between day and night shifts. SC clearance is required due to the nature of the role.
