Reliability Engineering Role

About the Position

We are partnering with a leading Consumer Goods Company to find a skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent role based in a Manufacturing Facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on workload prioritization and planning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement permanent solutions for equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment reliability.
  • Recommend changes to preventive maintenance tasks for continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in major repair projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and report equipment abnormalities, generate work orders to address issues.
  • Collect and analyze data on equipment conditions, generate performance reports.
  • Propose and implement improvements and innovations to enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry is essential.
  • IOSH certification is required.
  • Previous experience with preventive maintenance systems is desirable.
  • Apprenticeship training or a degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
  • High degree of computer literacy is necessary.

Working Conditions

This is a day shift role with a competitive salary of £45,000.
