Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Addiction Treatment Support Worker to join our team at The Bridges. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop coping strategies, manage cravings, and maintain sobriety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients, helping them set goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Facilitate group sessions, focusing on topics such as relapse prevention, coping mechanisms, and healthy relationships
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of addiction treatment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
