London Office Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Silverstream Tech. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective operation of our London office, supporting our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
About the RoleThe Office & Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining a high standard of facilities management, and providing administrative support across various business functions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on office operations, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support across different business functions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in office management, preferably with facilities management experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Experience with SharePoint would be beneficial.
