We are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Silverstream Tech. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective operation of our London office, supporting our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About the Role

The Office & Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining a high standard of facilities management, and providing administrative support across various business functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on office operations, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support across different business functions.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in office management, preferably with facilities management experience.
  2. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Experience with SharePoint would be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
