SEN Education Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Education Specialist to join our team. As an SEN Education Specialist, you will work closely with us to deliver tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with children who have SEN and SEMH needs;
- Working with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans;
- Providing one-to-one support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong understanding of SEN and SEMH principles;
- Experience of working with children who have SEN and SEMH needs;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive weekly salary of £90 per week, which is based on your skills and experience.
