About the Role

This IT Service Delivery Expert position requires a candidate with strong technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing excellent customer support and contributing to the development of internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to our customers.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement of technical expertise within the support team.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in technical support or software development is necessary for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages, including Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, and PHP, is highly valued.
  • Previous experience working in a Support Desk environment and utilizing associated software and processes is essential.
Work Environment
