As an Apprentice Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to children and young people in our schools.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver low-intensity CBT interventions to children and adolescents in a school setting
- Work closely with families, school staff, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive service
- Manage a caseload of patients and complete assessments, care plans, and other relevant documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and screening sessions
- Provide consultation and signposting advice to other agencies as needed
