Our client, Austin Fraser, is seeking a qualified Social Care Specialist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in Safeguarding within the Social Care industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Report Writing
  • Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
  • Attending Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences, and Looked After Children (LAC) reviews
  • Utilising Children In Need plans to work directly with children
  • Preparing Court Reports
  • Conducting Section 47's
  • Performing Core Assessments
  • Managing a caseload

Experience preferred: post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker in a Children In Need Team within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Social Work England Registration
  2. 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  3. Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  4. Eligibility to work in the UK

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
