Role Overview

As a Cooplands Team Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery store. You will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, and will work closely with the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Work closely with the Manager to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
