Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Lead Supervisor to optimize the efficient running of designated areas.
- Supervise and support care assistants, tailoring care to meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
- Work closely with customers and their families to create personalized care plans that respect their dignity and autonomy.
- Manage care staff schedules, conduct quality reviews, and oversee the matching of care assistants to customers.
- Handle administrative duties such as risk assessments, care plans, and MAR chart distribution.
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies.
- Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a strong understanding of home care needs.
- Experience in managing or supervising care services and working with care staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership style.
- Ability to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality care services.
