About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care planning, risk assessment, and quality improvement. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support our care team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To support the care team in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients
  2. To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  3. To conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure that our care services meet the highest standards
  4. To provide coaching and development opportunities to our care team members
  5. To contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a care-related role
  2. Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
