About the Role

Bluebird Care Newark & Sherwood is seeking a highly motivated and caring Care Support Specialist to join our live-in care team. Your Key Responsibilities

As a Care Support Specialist, your key duties will include:
  • Delivering personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as household chores, meal preparation, and shopping.
  • Managing medication and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
About You

To excel in this role, you must be a caring and empathetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not necessary. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues is essential.
