About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer or experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative Civil & Structural team in London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and design office work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to business development, including work-winning, budgetary control, and fee proposal preparation.
Requirements
  • BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC civil engineering qualification, with significant experience in a design office environment.
  • Working knowledge of Section 104, 278, and 38 adoption procedures.
  • Excellent analysis and technical design skills in AutoCAD, PDS, Civils3D, and MicroDrainage.
  • Good understanding of technical software, including Civil 3D, AutoTrack, and industry-standard software.
  • Experience working with residential developers and knowledge of UK planning procedures.
  • Ability to secure technical approvals from highway and drainage authorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
