About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team in Grantham. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile financial statements and perform data accuracy checks
  • Provide data analysis and reports to support business decisions
  • Assist Company Directors and General Manager with various accountancy and administration duties
Requirements
  • Experience working in a finance team, with strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, Excel, and Sage50
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the existing team
  • AAT qualification or working towards one is ideal
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and free parking in Grantham Town Centre.
