Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Roster Planner based at Humberside Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and coordinating cabin crew rosters, ensuring even distribution of flights between available crew members in order to mitigate fatigue and fair working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crew rosters in accordance with CAA and any other mandatory or regulatory requirements.
- Ensure roster deadline is met to achieve on-time roster publication.
- Answer telephone and emails in a timely and polite manner.
- Plan and manage crew duties to avoid fatigue or exceedance of duty limitations.
- Initiation of future cost-saving opportunities and cost management measures including involvement with crewing assistants to ensure travel is minimal and utilisation of based crew.
- Have an input into and support with safety oversight and reporting.
- Support team with operational and crewing procedures, manuals and regulatory adherence.
- Support other areas when required as directed by the OCC Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in admin.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Worked in a similar fast-paced working environment.
- Good standard of education.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Able to work with initiative.
- Organised and logical approach.
- Worked within the Aviation industry.
- Worked in a similar role.
- Self-motivated.

Salary:£35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
