Job Title: Principal Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic design team undertaking traditional, bespoke and innovative designs of reinforced concrete, steel and masonry structures for defence, nuclear decommissioning and nuclear new build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality structural and architectural solutions for nuclear projects
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the design team
  • Manage project delivery and people management of Senior CS&A Engineers and CS&A Engineers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the design of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in structural and architectural design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
