Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support at key nursery settings, ensuring the effective delivery and implementation of our objectives within expected timeframes.
  • To work closely with key personnel at the home setting, as well as directors, senior managers, peers, and all nursery managers and their teams.
  • To maintain high standards of professionalism and adequate administration support at all times, meeting the needs of the business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the safeguarding of children is given the highest priority at all times.
  • To organize and coordinate all office-based administrative tasks at the nursery, ensuring all records and documents are maintained in full and complete at all times in line with MiChild policy and statutory requirements.
  • To ensure that family system is up to date and complete at all times.
  • To ensure that all staff and children files are kept up to date at all times.
  • To assist with debt management, weekly ordering, parent enquiries, and invoicing.
  • To help and support the nursery manager with key deadlines.

Essential Qualification:

Ability to work flexibly and across all MiChild locations as required by the business needs.

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week.

Salary: £12.50 (negotiable depending on experience).
