Sales Role
This role involves making outbound B2B calls to engage with small business owners and discuss potential sales opportunities. The successful candidate will work from our comprehensive CRM system, arranging appointments for corporate directors and providing excellent customer service. A caring, thoughtful, and thorough approach is essential in this role.

About You
We are looking for someone with brilliant communication skills, able to have open conversations with anyone. Experience in sales (B2B or B2C) is preferred, but not required. You should be able to build great relationships with clients, manage emotional conversations with tact and diplomacy, and work to targets and deadlines. Strong literacy and numerical skills are also essential.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000, plus an uncapped commission structure that can take your earnings up to £40,000.
