Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Health Specialist to join our team at Donard Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing face-to-face and virtual assessments for claimants
  • Managing caseloads from end to end, including delivering initial review calls and paper-based reports
  • Assessing a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve assessment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • 1+ years post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions

We offer a competitive salary, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus, plus OTE of £45,650. You will also have access to a 25-day holiday package, rising to 27 days with service, and a range of employee benefits, including company-matched pension, life assurance, and cycle-to-work scheme.
