About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Educator to join our team at Capital College Group. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning materials for T Level Healthcare Science and BTEC Health Studies
  • Supervise and support students on clinical placements in partnership with Barts Health NHS Trust
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to students to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Contribute to the development of the faculty and the college's overall strategic objectives

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in healthcare education and training, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
