Clinical Practice Educator

We are seeking an experienced scientist to support education and training for our physiologist healthcare science workforce. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will play a key role in maintaining an effective educational environment through coaching and staff development within healthcare science clinical settings.
Main Duties- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, effective care and improve patient experience.
- Act as an expert practitioner, resource, and role model, encouraging evidence-based practice and providing support and supervision to staff.
- Develop programs of education and training, adapting to cultural diversity in the workplace.
- Work with the Lead Healthcare Scientist and Healthcare Science Education Team to achieve education targets.
- Represent the Trust in meetings, training sessions, and study forums to enhance personal and professional clinical standards.
