Customer Trade Planning Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a seasonal customer trade plan that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a seasonal trade plan that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans and maximize customer and commercial opportunities.
  • Use customer, market, and business insight to inform trade planning decisions and drive business growth.
  • Project manage seasonal events and activations to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Communicate and influence key stakeholders across the business to ensure trade plans are delivered on time and against KPIs.
  • Champion efficient processes and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business efficiency.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial trade-facing role, with a strong understanding of retail within an omnichannel environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional groups and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to turn complex data and insight into actionable plans that drive business growth.
